Happy Birthday, Daryl!
I met Emery at Tech. He was nice, as far as I knew, but could tell thete was a bit of deviousness by his. Smiles. He knew everyone I did and was thought well of. He was fine to be around and the last time I saw him was at our 25th reunion. RIP Emery.
I called him Ronnie, from elementary thru high school. We grew up only a couple of blocks apart. I would often see Ronnie and his brother, Gillie, as I rode my bike through the neighborhood. Ronnie was always a perfect gentleman in my presence and I know no bad thing anyone has ever said about him. I enjoyed his perpetual smile. I'm sure there are many who will miss Ronnie. May his peace be as everlasting as his smile. R.I.P., Ronnie.
